My joy is to support leaders and teams in designing clear objectives and shared efforts to fulfill both individual and shared team objectives. As a leader I enjoy using tools and processes to chip away at the challenges we face, making the ordinary work of our lives a true contribution to the common good.
I am a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) who spent more than 20 years helping non-profits to resource their life-changing mission. I served as the Vice President for Advancement at Vanguard University and President of the Vanguard University Foundation while living in Southern California prior to serving as the Chief Engagement Officer at THINK Together. Previously I served as a development consultant for organizations including World Vision, Project Hope Alliance, and the Flight 93 Memorial.
My professional certifications include Licensed Practitioner with Insights Discovery, Advanced Certified Facilitator Paterson Center for both StratOp and LifePlan, Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), and certified coach.
Today we live in Atlanta where my husband is pastor of Peachtree Church. We have two daughters, Danica (18) who is a freshman at the University of Georgia and Ashby (17) who is a senior at Holy Innocents Episcopal School. The whole family loves to play golf together and spoil our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Austin.
